The Cressman and Dietrichs do Jay Leno

On Tuesday, November 21st, we went to Burbank for the day to see a Jay Leno taping as well as to go on a tour of NBC studios. To tour was a little lacking, we didn't get to see much other than some props and sets from Days of Our Lives. Since none of us were really big fans of the show we were not very impressed.We had some time to kill prior to the tour so we walked across the street to the Warner Brother's studio to get something to drink at Starbucks. As you can tell from the third picture, Jesse really enjoyed himself, and Kyle just loved the chance to be able to wear shorts in November.


Being part of the audience for the taping was a lot of fun. We didn't get to be in the front row but our seats were still pretty good. (Next time Kyle we'll ditch Mandy and Jesse and we'll try to make it onstage. They were holding us back.) Denzel Washington and Catherine O'Hara were not my number one choices for people to see, nor my second or third for that matter, but it was still entertaining. The best part was being able to see all of the stuff that goes on during the taping of a live show, there were so many people doing so many different things. Jerry Lee Lewis and Kid Rock are not my personal favourites either when it comes to musical guests but it could have been worse. I think that I will definitely try to get some more tickets for another taping at some point while I am here is California.
